Smoked Seitan 'Ham' Roast

This beautiful seitan ham roast is roughly 1 1/2 lbs of flavor! It will come FROZEN & will just need to be thawed overnight, baked in the oven to heat and finish off with a sticky maple dijon glaze. Cooking instructions will be given at pickup. This Smoked Seitan Ham Roast feeds 5-8 people and will come with extra glaze.

Ingredients: Wheat gluten, tofu, water, nutritional yeast, beetroot, tapioca starch vegetable bouillon, tomato paste, sesame oil, dijon mustard, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, & spices (garlic, onion, salt, & cloves).
