Smoked Seitan 'Turky' Roast

1 1/2 lb Seitan turkey roast for your holiday feast! This Smoked Seitan Turky Roast is finished off with a vegan buttery glaze & herbs. Will come FROZEN & ready to heat and eat! You will need to thaw it overnight & bake it in the oven to heat. Cooking instructions will be given at pickup. Feeds 5-8 people.

Ingredients: Vital wheat gluten, tofu, water, miso paste, nutritional yeast, avocado oil, vegetable bouillon, tapioca starch, mushroom seasoning, & spices (salt, onion, garlic, poultry seasoning).
